**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Singapore brand initiatives and operational activities. This role involves tracking and reporting sales data, coordinating with external partners such as suppliers, and assisting in the integration of company resources to enhance operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Operations & Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze sales data to generate regular reports for management review.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in CRM and other sales platforms.
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and goal tracking.
**Vendor & Partner Coordination**:
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, including contract management, service evaluation, and performance tracking.
- Support procurement activities related to sales and marketing operations.
**Sales Enablement & Brand Support**:
- Assist in coordinating marketing materials, branded content, and event logistics in support of brand development activities.
- Support the distribution and accessibility of sales collateral, tools, and training resources.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service to streamline operations and improve communication.
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment of cross-departmental initiatives and ensure timely execution.
**Administrative & Process Support**:
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating travel, and drafting internal communications.
- Assist with onboarding support for new team members, including access to systems and training coordination.
- Any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and supply chain processes is an advantage
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
