**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all online and offline sales channels in the Singapore market from end to end
- Responsible for the execution of strategic business plans towards achieving the revenue & profit objectives
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Oversee business strategy, budget planning, team building and performance management for all operations in Singapore
- Own all aspects of the retail and e-commerce operations including retail sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, visual merchandising and so on
- Manage the customer service operations and lead the team to achieve NPS targets
- Responsible for developing new retail sales channels and new sales partnerships
- Oversee the marketing function and lead the marketing team to decrease the cost of user acquisition and the increase customer lifetime value
- Build a strong team that put the Sunnystep values first
- Build a strong culture with a workforce can evolve, adapt and upgrade while maintaining the highest standard in product and service

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about Sunnystep and its mission
- Over 10 years experience as a general manager for a consumer brand
- Hands on experience managing large scale retail and e-commerce operations
- Strong leadership skills and relationship building skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
