Facade Internship

AESG are seeking a passionate and aspiring Façade Consultant to join our Internship program working within AESG’s award-winning Façade Department located in Singapore.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated undergraduate engineer seeking an internship role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

**Key Responsibilities**

**The role will include**:

- Working closely with the AESG team to ensure an exemplary level of quality
- Extensive façade project management
- Working with our multidiscipline team to ensure coordinated outputs
- Supporting the development our Facade offering across Singapore and South-East Asia

**Must have/be**:

- Studying for a Degree in Structural / Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Basic technical knowledge in Facade/Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
- An understanding of facade engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process
- Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required
- Familiar with international codes such as ASTM, and BS EN
- Familiar with engineering software such as Strand7, Therm, Staad, Solidworks. Grasshopper and Rhino is a plus
- Understanding or willingness to learn finite element analysis for complex glazed elements, metal components and other materials
