We’re seeking an effective Business Intern to help support various key organisational functions.. S(he) will need basic familiarity with either one of the following skills:

- Financial modeling and communicating the same through spreadsheets and powerpoint presentation.
- Marketing and branding of real estate or renewable projects and companies
- Project financing, structuring experience with knowledge of equity, debt and hybrid structures
- Product development and project management especially in building construction, facade systems, sustainability

Roles & Responsibilities

You will support the CEO in Singapore and the BD team in the Philippines.
- Assist with one of the key tasks listed above
- Prepare powerpoint presentations
- Responding to queries from partners, customers and investors
- Assist in recruitment process from hiring to onboarding
- Provide administrative support through documentation, signing of NDAs and other essential tasks

Skills & Experience
- Student of business, finance or marketing
- Prior experience in real estate development, solar project development is beneficial.
- Experience in project management and costings.
- KPIs-driven, results-oriented, independent.
- An astute thinker who can manage risks and problem solve.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a team player.
- Grit and tenacity to work through ambiguity and unforeseen challenges.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Demonstrated ability to think independently and recommend best practices
- Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
