- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor freight shipments from origin to destination.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Prepare, handle, and process documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipment papers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies as well as local, international, and governmental regulations concerning freight transportation.
- Track and trace shipments, updating the status to all stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- Assist in negotiating rates with carriers and service providers to manage costs effectively.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, pricing, and other service issues.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Maintain records of all freight activities, ensuring accurate data entry and file management.
