We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Coordinator. This role will involve providing support to the sales department, coordinating between customers and transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include preparation of documents for import/export/transshipments/D/O release, verifying costs, attending to enquiries on rates and shipment tracking, liaising with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipments, handling consolidations and Taobao shipments, and handling import and export documents.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
