Executive, Heartland Pays IT Forward

**Overall Objective**:
We are launching an initiative which aims to enable heartland merchants such as hawkers to adopt a pay it forward model in their business and give back to the community. The efforts of the initiative will contribute towards a national pay it forward movement among businesses, creating opportunities for anyone to pay it forward as part of our daily lives. In the lead-up to the launch, the staff will be required to support various aspects of the Heartland Pays it Forward Initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate on-ground efforts to engage relevant stakeholders such as hawkers or recipients
- Keep track and maintain all documents relating to the initiative
- Prepare summaries and reports where needed
- Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders, such as hawker interviews, meetings with government agencies, potential partners and others
- Other duties where required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in business administration/ management/marketing or other relevant fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with heartland businesses
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
- Familiar with MS Office tools, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Bonus: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with heartland businesses and partners

This is a 1 year contract position, with a possibility of a short term extension.
