**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing Lab Managers on all technical and lab operational aspects.
- Implementation of new products and initiatives for the company as directed.
- Scouting and assessments of potential new products, services, technologies and processes for the company.
- Ensure daily aspects of laboratory processes are performed in accordance with SOPs and quality standards met.
- Responsible for lab operations budget planning, and implementation.
- Provide training and development, continuing education including speaking engagements.
- Interface with Doctors & clients when required.

**Requirements**:

- PhD in Biomedical/ Biotechnology or any other life sciences.
- Strong technical knowledge in stem cells, or genetics/molecular diagnostics.
- Laboratory and team management experience is an advantage.

Working Location: Great World City

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
