**Senior Marketing Manager (Singapore)**

As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Senior Marketing manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we continue to develop and strengthen our operations. You’ll be working with our Chief Growth Officer to develop compelling marketing strategies and play a pivotal role in brand positioning, product development and seizing new business opportunities through a more creative approach.

In this role, you will have the independence to create and the trust to execute within a results-oriented culture.

**Role**:

- Oversee, develop, and implement online and offline marketing and communications strategies from ideation to execution, ensuring (a) they align with our GTM strategy in the region and (b) these strategies drive pipeline volume and velocity. This includes but is not limited to:

- Digital content with a focus on thought leadership, market education, and Maker Lab’s value proposition
- Partnerships and publicity initiatives via media, events, and associations
- Organic and paid tactics for MQL acquisition via demand generation
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of the market and research potential customers’ needs to provide viable recommendations for business growth and decision-making.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify and track joint goals around leads, pipeline revenue, sales opportunities, and conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets and performance.
- Manage internal and external resources to support marketing initiatives.

**You**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, experience marketing B2B products or services a plus, with 5+ years of agency experience
- Experience working with a sales team in both sales enablement and account-based approach
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
- Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences
- Effective communication and marketing program execution skills
- Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue
- A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success in delivering measurable marketing results
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
