**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Job Description**:

- Provide interface between New Product Introduction [NPI] program and external customers.
- Ensure NPI engines are ordered and installed.
- Develops a test strategy that enables insights on how our customers use their products.
- Executes, leads, and analyses the outcomes of that testing.
- Assesses various other methodologies to drive insights in customer behaviour and satisfaction.
- Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Represents the results and progress of various tests and their outcomes.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less
- experienced staff members.
- Work with SW/FW and SIV to ensure all qualifications are met to enter testing.
- Provide weekly updates to Program Management Team [PMT] and work with assets to resolve issues seen in field.
- Run weekly PMT and drive quality and usability issues.
- Be a leader and guide sponsors to interact with sites.
- Own driving the strategy and leading the execution and analytics of the programs.
- Involve in identifying and defining other programs that expose deeper insights that will drive improved customer experience.
- Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
- Act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
- Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
- Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Material Science/Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics or other relevant Engineering qualifications
- Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in customer acceptance test methodologies.
- Able to collaborate as part of a program team and know when to lead and when to support.
- Ability to use various analytical tools (primarily software) used to identify insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
