**Key Responsibilities** Training Delivery**:

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training, clarifying concepts, addressing questions, and offering real-world examples.

**Mentoring and Coaching**:

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to Green Belts, at regularly scheduled intervals, assisting them in project selection, data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Share personal experiences and lessons learned to inspire and motivate Green Belts to drive continuous improvement within their areas of responsibility.

**Project Oversight**:

- Monitor project progress through regular checkpoints, reviewing data analysis, problem-solving efforts, and implementation plans.
- Contribute to the definition, organization and delivery of training sessions

**Drive Operational Excellence**:

- Rollout Operational Service Excellence (OSE): Implement OSE in the Business Unit and across APAC countries, focusing on four principles and twelve elements to establish a strong foundation and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and facilitate OE projects: Spearhead various Operational Excellence (OE) projects and initiatives at both regional and global levels. Aim for standardization, best practice sharing, productivity improvement and process optimization.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Track the progress of OE projects and initiatives. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably Master Black Belt
- Previous experience teaching Lean Six Sigma certifications
- Must be comfortable interacting with, and coaching, individuals at various levels of an organization with the appropriate level of tact
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have an extremely high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization
