**DIRECTOR OF BUZZ, BRAND MAGIC AND COMMUNICATIONS**

Sight is a bespoke and boutique event agency founded from global experience anchored in the live event realm. We work with both corporate clients and international in APAC and EMEA who thrive in face to face interactions and are seeking a collaborative partner with them on all manner of experiences, events, conferences, incentives, major turnkey events and activations.

The role will be based in Singapore, and service our operations in Dubai and Australia. Team Sight works within the EMEA, ASEAN and APAC region. You will work as a vital part of the Client Success team.

As our retained lead for all things buzzing and brand wise, you will develop, lead and implement a comprehensive 2025 strategic public relations and marketing plan which contributes to total revenue, market performance and profit goals.

You would be responsible for developing a tactical public relations, marketing and communications plan to drive measurable, incremental new revenue and clients, increase visibility of the brand in media and within the industry, with thought leadership as a focus, along with industry share of voice, with the goal to increase volume for 2026 and beyond, and enhance the image of Sight in the local communities in which we operate.

**WHAT YOU NEED**

You will possess prior public relations, marketing and communications experience ideally with an understanding of Web3 and Blockchain.

Minimum of 10+ years experience within the industry with client side or event agency, digital, social or public relations and marketing relevant experience.

Articulate writer and brand guardian. Visually Inspired and Creatively Led.

You are willing to learn, and develop your foundation skills with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management and ready to embrace learning and growth in your role, and teach and mentor others.

Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management - Able to shine with ideas, innovative ideas and also unique points of view.

You understand the importance of and are learning good project management, administration, organisational and communication skills, as well as good attention to detail.

Ensuring empathy and kindness are your modus operandi

Willing to travel onsite to events across Asia-Pacific as needed.

You have an exceptional knowledge of MS Office but an authority on Google Suite including Drive, Mail, Sheets and Slides.

Exceptional Writing and communication skills, developing from good into definitive for the industry, keen to learn and engage further in communications.

You are unfazed by tight deadlines, multiple projects and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure.
