Job Description Summary The lyf AOB is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf. He/she plays a crucial role in translating lyf's brand values and content pillars into social experiences at lyf Funan Singapore. The AOB builds a lyf community through partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses. They will work with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment, curating workshops, brand collaborations, and events. In addition to property-level responsibilities at lyf Funan Singapore, the cluster AOB will coordinate events and manage a monthly event calendar across lyf properties in Singapore. Roles and Responsibilities: Partnership and Community Management: create partnerships with merchants (F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) for guest benefits; monitor social trends for relevant partners. Events and Community Engagement: curate weekly property-level events aligned with brand content pillars; organize quarterly cluster-level events; collaborate with operations to execute events; liaise with community/building-level or corporate event leads; evaluate post-event ROI. Guest Review Management: respond promptly to online reviews and manage internal guest reviews. Marketing Support: coordinate with regional and corporate marketing teams for marketing strategies; curate pre- and post-event content; stay updated on digital marketing trends to enhance event communication.
