**Executive Assistant**

**What can you expect?**

The Executive Assistant make sure that work runs smoothly for our department and senior executive, keeping them organized and providing day-to-day administrative support in the form of travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking, document preparation and correspondence. The Executive Assistant makes an impact as a seasoned, professional individual contributor, ready to manage projects, work independently, help teammates thrive and collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

**We will count on you to**:

- Edits and revises documents created using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint to enhance the workflow.- Undertakes complex administrative duties with specific projects as required to enhance productivity.
- Prepares responses to complex inquiries.
- Prepares some materials for meetings/events, including itineraries, agendas, and documents required, and tracks expenses to maintain proper organization and documentation.
- Manages key vendors, from contracting to payment
- Maintains regular contact with other administrative staff to stay well-informed of priorities, avoid duplication, and ensure operational efficiencies.
- Works closely with team members collaboratively to ensure issues / challenges are resolved that are administrative in nature

**What you need to have**:

- Pleasant, approachable, flexible, hardworking, organized, and committed to quality output
- Attune to detail; highly-responsive to timely matters; professional; proactive
- Administrative and basic project management experience
- Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English (Chinese is plus but not required)
- Working experience as an AA and/or EA previously
- Team player
- Ability to think through issues and identify solutions, Prioritise and organise work, Work under pressure and work independently
- Flexible attitude to work and availability of time
- Ability to coordinate events/meetings/initiatives, within financial budgets
