**What the role is**
- You will manage corporate communications functions, such as developing strategic communications objectives, and conceptualising and executing communications initiatives for SID.
**What you will be working on**
- Develop and implement strategic communications objectives for SID - Conceptualise internal and public communications strategies - Create metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: - Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team - Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind - Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas. - Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders - Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: - Experience handling a range of communications activities, from building a communications strategy to executing communications campaigns, and rolling out branding initiatives - Opportunity to formulate communications narratives that help ensure organisational alignment on key initiatives and developments - Opportunity to explore a wide range of mediums for storytelling and branding
