Singapore RMA Contracts Pte Ltd Full time $4,000 - $12,000 per year

Our client, a leading local bank in Singapore, is seeking a Corporate Communication and Events Executive to join their Transformation Team . This role is a maternity cover with a contract period from October 2025 to March 2026 .

Contract Duration: October 2025 – March 2026 (Maternity Cover)

Job Type: 1-Year Outsourced Contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Scope

  • Strategic Communication: Develop and implement strategic communications plans, including drafting corporate messaging, case studies, whitepapers and thought leadership content, aligned with Entity's communication objectives.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including workshops, staff engagement events and executive briefings. This involves meticulous planning, logistics coordination, follow-ups with vendors/stakeholders and on-site management to ensure successful event execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Strategic Marketing & Comms teams, business partners, senior management, etc.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies for Bank Group's senior spokespeople, ensuring consistent branding and impactful messaging across various platforms.
  • Award Submissions: Lead the process of developing and submitting compelling award applications to showcase the team's achievements and success stories.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate & partner with internal teams to source and develop content for various internal and external communication channels, including awards, newsletters, and social media.
    Reporting and Analysis: Track and manage central reports to highlight the impact of external engagements and communication deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role.
  • Possess excellent Microsoft office skills, especially PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Expertise in social media management and digital communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
