As a Senior/Engineer, s/he will supervise a team of technical and supporting staff to perform the maintenance of the M&E services in the building. To manage and achieve the tenants’ need and to be able to perform general administrative works.

**Strategic**
- Explore facilities improvement and saving initiatives and craft out cyclical replacement and capex plan.
- Motivate senior/technicians and service providers to serve whole heartedly.
- Establish good customer relationship and foster good working relationship with all stakeholders.
- To keep abreast on latest building M&E system.
- For Senior Engineer, able to handle situation during absence of Technical Manager.

**Ensure daily operations for M&E team**
- Supervise and monitor the team and service providers’ rectification/maintenance works and ensure prompt respond to tenants.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedule, planned cyclical and capex work, and response/resolve any feedback’s from tenants, users.
- Assist to resolve or escalate/update Manager on all technical incidents promptly.
- Liaise with government authorities on M&E initiatives for compliance.
- Review and recommend Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and propose changes for review.
- Review service providers performance and ensure that they are compliant with the service contract and risk assessments.
- Work with Procurement on purchase requisition and tender specifications, ensure costs are updated and delivery are made on time.
- Assist on audit requirements.

**Administrative**
- Ensure expenditure is keep within the approved budget.
- Ensure timely submission of the consumption charges to Finance Department.
- Train senior/technical officers to improve their efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- For Senior Engineer, 5 to 10 years of M&E Experience, specializing in Air con and Mechanical systems.
- For Engineer, 3 to 5 years of M&E experience, specializing in Air con and Mechanical systems.
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, customer-service oriented and display team lead capability.
- Display the initiative to continuously improve and good with processes.
- Capable of multi-tasking and able to work in a fast pace environment
