**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for a cost center a profit center; product, project or service. Managers of people from multiple families within the function. The AKA Services & Digital Senior FP&A Manager serves as business partner to AKA Services General Manager and AKA Chief Digital Office and their growth and operations leaders to drive sustainable commercial growth & operations excellence in the Services and Digital business segments including efforts to drive commercial/operations rigor and simplification.
The role is responsible for providing financial analytics, reporting and planning support to key functional owners. This role reports to the AKA Services & Digital CFO.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead commercial finance analytics (eg. contract and parts pricing, capture rates, cost to sell/serve, product lifecycle analytics, operations productivity, service revenue segments profitability etc.,) & provide meaningful insights/ actionable outcomes to leadership to drive profitable growth and operational rigor
- Partner with leadership and staff to drive operational rigor, analyse service segment profitability, cost to serve and lead/support strategic initiatives to improve productivity in services business for AKA regions (ASEAN zones, Korea and ANZ)
- Collaborate with region and SBU teams in AKA to better connect the dots & provide actionable insights (eg. product lifecycle costs & share correlation to region equipment sales, replacement rates, NPI performance/effectiveness). Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives at service/digital at SBU level
- Ownership of the financial estimates, operating plans/forecasts (monthly business reviews M1/2/3, Monthly operating reviews & Weekly pacing updates); lead the annual planning cycles (Strategic Planning & Business planning reviews)
- Collaborate on projects related to internal controls over financial reporting for example Policy 6.0 process & controls, Contract T&C’s standardization, contract offerings etc
- Develop and improve financial processes/tools - for instance, live & dynamic reports/dashboards, scenario based outcomes, budgeting and estimating processes, project pay-backs/ROI’s
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 10 years of financial work experience (Healthcare experience preferred) including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews
- Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
- Experience leading in a matrixed environment, leading team members balancing execution through others with inclusiveness, leveraging expertise, clear thinking, imagination, and external focus.
- Lean mindset, seeking to improve, automate and digitize
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership.

- Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve business objectives while driving controllership
- Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
