**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Accounting quantities and measurements from shop drawings (ability of drawings’ reading) of aluminium and glazing works and prepare claim reports for Main-Contractor and Sub-- Contractors’ monthly claims.
- Submission of progress claims including variation orders, checking of assessments from
- Main-Contractors and reporting to contracts manager of discrepancy if any, and chasing
- payments upon due date.
- Certifying sub-contractors’ claims including variation orders and prepare progress payments
- to subcontractors, subsequently, finalizing sub-contractors’ account upon receive of as-built
- drawings, go through and liaise with supervisor-in-charge of the final work done.
- Handling contract documents from Main-Contractors and scrutinized related terms such as
- payment terms, claim date for subsequent use.
- To prepare sub-contractors’ agreements to sub-contractors, and inform project department
- of the confirmed subcontractors and their scope of works once project awarded to them,
- highlight and advise on contractual items and on special terms & conditions to supervisor-in-- charge.
- Prepare and ensure tender documents for submission are properly filled and submitted on
- time.
- Prepare performance / down payment bonds, insurances, indemnities & warranties for
- submission to Main-Contractors/ Consultants/ Developers as per necessary.
- Prepare of Suppliers’ payments.
- Prepare Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Tax Invoices
