**Statement Of Purpose **_**(Overall Purpose of Job)**_
To source, negotiate and procure various tracks vendors / material suppliers for building construction project, keep track and monitor the project finances within the budget, as well as to ensure that the financial position of the project is accurately reported and effectively controlled.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
(A) Specific:
- Responsible for the Procurement and Contract Administration.
- Request/ sources for quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers.
- Preparation/generate the Procurement Table (standard format) according to various trades.
- Prepare and analyze cost and quantity for tender/budget/Post tender measurement.
- Invitation of quotation, computation for comparison.
- Negotiation within the budget cost.
- Prepare letter of award / letter of confirmation, and update procurement table.
- Upload letter of award / letter of confirmation into e-Ops system.
- Prepare project kick off meeting / procurement weekly & monthly meeting.
- Prepare Procurement meeting schedule / list weekly outstanding list.
- Assist update monthly estimated profit & loss report.
- Liaise with vendors, sub-contractors, supplier and internal customers.
- Site visit and attend site meeting, if applicable.
(B) General:
- Maintain proper documents and filing of drawing for all tenders according to requirement as per ISO Standards, if applicable.
- Coordinate and work with other departments.
- Prepare the relevant reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
- To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulation and eliminate or reduce hazard at the workplace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Professional Qualification (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Procurement: 5 years (preferred)
