**Responsibilities**:

- Assist IT Manager to configure security settings or access permission by enforcing policies on network equipment for group or individual
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to maintenance systems, equipment, and processes.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of PLC network system, hardware assembling, testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers to understand the problems they face in using the company’s products and feedback to the IT team for resolution
- Provide technical support to carry out HMI development, SCADA programming and Integration with PLC/DDC and other controllers, Routers & Gateways
- Participate in system (hardware/software) installations, upgrades, and testing under supervision.
- Learn and document technical specifications, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for maintenance systems
- Provide training to customers and ensuring they are properly trained on new system/software deployed
- Work closely with IT/Sales/Project/Operations team to ensure the smooth transition of processes and compliance in accordance with SOP

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Control & Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or a relevant field
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License
- Familarity with programming languages such as C++, Phyton SQL, Ladder programming language and various PLC protocol (Modbus, Ethernet and Profinet)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a technical support role
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, site maintenance and travelling
- Able to start work immediately
