JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure that the public areas of the Hotel are well maintained. To use the right cleaning chemicals and equipment provided efficiently and effectively. Assist supervisor to spot and remove potential safety hazards in public areas.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
**1.**Ensure that the public areas of the hotel are well maintained which includes toilets, assigned areas of Zhongshan Park, car park, lobby, restaurants, staircases, corridors, rooftop, guest lifts etc

**2.**To use equipment provided for cleaning and report faulty equipment to supervisor

**3.**To have good knowledge of different cleaning chemicals

**4.**To acknowledge guests’ presence with a pleasant smile

**5.**To patrol designated routes and clean up any dirt or potential safety hazard found.

**6.**To be well groomed and provide a good image of the Hotel.

**7.**To fully understand and comply with workplace safety rule and regulation.
