Housekeeping Associate

About the Role:

Clean guest rooms to established standards, focusing on sustainable practices such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and water efficiency. Perform general cleaning tasks using eco-friendly products, supporting health standards and environmental efforts.

Assist with houseman and laundry duties as needed to ensure smooth housekeeping operations. Stay updated on green cleaning practices, obtaining relevant certifications to support the hotel's environmental goals. Report maintenance issues or sustainability opportunities promptly to the Engineering Department and Team Leader.

Taking Care of Our Guests:

Maintain knowledge of the hotel and local area, providing excellent customer service when required. This role requires experience in housekeeping or related fields, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
