**What You Will Do**:

- Cooperate with R&D team to improve and optimize the product, making use of user research and data analysis to manage overseas content localization adjustments and optimization strategies.
- Responsible for managing the overseas beta test, including establishing and improving the frameworks and processes of overseas beta tests, results analysis and summarizing the experience of user operation in overseas regions.
- Coordinate with Global Publishing team to implement relevant product needs.
- Establish a clear, transparent and efficient communication mechanism with R&D team, producing periodical content evaluation reports.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Game Operations and experience in Game Design is preferred.
- Enthusiastic Gamer. Have certain understanding and knowledge of mainstream products, including core gameplay, numerical system, economic system, community system etc.
- Have in-depth understanding and experience in ACG products.
- Sensitive to data, having the ability to think, analyze and summarize logically.
- Able to ensure that the project stays in line with the expected timeline while working with multiple teams, while possessing a strong sense of self-motivation, teamwork ability and driving force.
- Exceptional communication skill, and proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
