What The Role Entails
Design and implement Unreal Engine-based performance and art pipelines, develop supporting pipeline tools to enhance usability and accessibility, and boost team productivity.
Architect and deploy Unreal-powered automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and delivery quality.
Develop customized Unreal plugins/tools tailored to design, art and cross-functional team needs, optimizing collaborative workflows.
Who We Look For
Bachelor’s+ degree with 7+ years in game client/toolchain development. Unreal Engine expertise and deep understanding of cross-discipline roles and development synergies.
Shipped 2+ full -cycle game projects (from prototype to launch), with end-to-end production knowledge.
Advanced Unreal Editor Tooling + Python scripting mastery, coupled with solid computer architecture fundamentals.
Strong communicator with proactive problem-solving mindset; thrives in team-oriented environments.
