**Position Overview**:

- We are hiring a _**_Director of Games Operations _**_to lead the planning and execution of live game services across global markets. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maximizing player engagement and retention, and driving long-term value through data-informed decision-making. The role reports into the Global Head of Game Operations and is instrumental in the ongoing success of top-performing mobile titles.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee live operations for globally launched mobile games, including version rollouts, in-game events, and real-time service monitoring.
- Manage cross-functional teams in user operations, community management, and customer service across multiple regions and time zones.
- Design and execute live ops calendars, promotions, and content updates that drive player engagement, monetization, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product and data teams to iterate based on user insights, gameplay metrics, and operational performance.
- Establish and enforce SOPs for issue response, escalation, and resolution to ensure stability and player satisfaction.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve KPIs such as DAU, ARPU, LTV, and churn rate.
- Localize operational tactics to suit target markets, ensuring cultural relevance and market resonance.
- Lead the development of VIP user systems, multilingual support processes, and player community operations.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in game operations or live service management within the mobile gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of mobile game lifecycle, including launch, live ops, user engagement, and monetization.
- Proven success managing global teams and operating top-grossing titles.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
- Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
