**Your day at NTT DATA**

The Portfolio Management Office APAC (PMO) at NTT Data Inc. is a newly established function responsible for managing the solutions portfolio life cycle. Led by the Vice President of the PMO, the office plays a strategic role in shaping the solutions landscape, enabling market competitiveness, and driving adoption within the organization.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join this dynamic team on a 3-month contract basis. The role involves two primary areas of focus: program coordination and data analysis. Reporting directly to the Vice President of the PMO, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the foundational activities of the PMO while working with diverse stakeholders.

**What you'll be doing**

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PROGRAM COORDINATION
- Support the VP in establishing the PMO framework, including processes, templates, tools, and policies.
- Coordinate activities related to portfolio content definition and readiness, sales team enablement, sales adoption of the portfolio.
- Assist in establishing project plans for portfolio improvements and tracking their execution.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including:

- Initiating project activities and tracking progress.
- Preparing and facilitating project meetings.
- Documenting meeting minutes and following up on open actions.
- Organizing and maintaining portfolio content for easy access and distribution.
- Ensuring 360-degree communication with internal functions and strategic partners to align efforts.
- Driving specific initiatives within the PMO organisation to advance PMO plans.

2. DATA ANALYSIS
- Compile market and competitive data and analyse trends and insights relevant to the IT services industry.
- Analyze internal sales and delivery data to uncover performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports to track portfolio solution adoption and other key metrics.
- Support with data compilation in competitive benchmarking exercises.
- Help in any research needed related to regulatory mandates for services across countries and verticals.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Sales/Presales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales and presales workflows and practices, and underlying CRM tools.
- Data Analytics Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Project Management Skills: Experience in project coordination, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (including in Powerpoint), with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and independently craft professional communications.
