**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement tailored academic strategies, including course selection and study habits, to prepare students for future educational goals.
- Guide students in discovering extracurricular interests, brainstorming personal projects, and planning meaningful activities.
- Mentor students in personal development areas such as goal-setting, stress management, and time management.
- Build lasting relationships with students and families over 1-3 years, regularly assessing progress and success.
- Use online platforms like Slack to maintain communication and track student progress, ensuring mentorship sessions are impactful.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong command of English.
- High energy, exceptional social skills, and a genuine passion for working with youths. Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentorship (including non-academic fields) is highly valued.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, **with **in-person **meetings in Singapore needed **.
