Position Summary
The Marketing Manager, Malts will be primarily focus on developing and breakthrough Edrington’s Malt portfolio including Glenrothes, Highland Park and Naked Malt, Famous Grouse as well as No.3 Gin. Mainly responsible to accelerate growth strategies for Malt Whiskies in SEAPAC and to steer quality execution across the region.
The key task of this role is to be highly focus on each Malt brand building, marketing plans and trade activations in the key markets (i.e. Singapore, Australia, Vietnam) to achieve the breakthrough goal.
Job Description

**Singapore**
- Lead the execution of marketing strategy in Singapore for breakthrough Malt portfolio supporting business with opportunities to drive recruitment and Prestige positions
- Lead and manage NPD launches in 360 marketing approach including Communications and on-ground activation in Singapore and manage project costing sheet and ROI calculator to measure the success for each NPD launch
- Engage with key trade stakeholders, develop trade activations plans and grow brand presence in key strategic accounts
- Seek and elevate partnership and collaborations for brand building activations
- Monitor key performance indicators with key stakeholders
- Continuously grow equity and brand power, build improved brand health
- Manage Marketing budget spend and monitor Brand Marketing activities

**SEAPAC**
- Lead annual Growth Plans for Malts Whiskies across selected SEAPEC markets for submission during growth planning cycle
- Be the brand gatekeeper, ensure campaign message and positioning of Malt brands is consistent
- Support SEAPAC Quarterly Business Review
- Manage Zero Base Budgeting process for Malts

**Team Management**
- Lead and manage 1 direct report - PCRM & Brand Ambassador (Malts) to accelerate acquisition, engagement, relationship building and build lifetime consumer value
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 8 -10 years Marketing experience in Luxury/Premium Consumer Goods or FMCG.
- Comprehensive knowledge and executional experience in brand building and product launches.
- Energetic, confident, self-motivated and able to handle multiple / diverse tasks.
- Good planning/organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management - within the organisation and externally with Distributor Markets.
