Warehouse Operations Assistant

Singapore HALL OF GOODS PTE. LTD. Full time

Operations:

- Compile, pack and process orders related to Hall of Goods Pte Ltd group
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth and completed delivery of orders to our customers
- Document order forms and invoices in a systematic and orderly manner
- Coordination with suppliers and agencies related to the daily operations of the business (accounting, warehouse and fulfilment, etc.)
- Identifying opportunities to improve operations systems, processes, logistics, etc.
- Drive initiatives in the management team and organization that contribute to long-term operational excellence
- Quarterly stock-take of warehouse and consignment accounts. This includes going down to customer store/warehouse for a physical stock count
- Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy
- To ensure work processes are in compliance with documented procedures
- Keep warehouse tidy and organized
- Manage last minute urgent delivery of goods when necessary
- Support in events execution

Procurement:

- Monitor stock level and update stock order planning based on updated monthly sales figures
- Support company operations with an uninterrupted flow of materials and services.
- Buy competitively and wisely for any materials needed for the office
- Ensure healthy minimum inventory level and alert management whenever re-ordering of stock is needed
- Develop good vendor relationship and a good continuing supplier relationship
- Develop policies and procedures which permit accomplishment of the preceding seven objectives at the lowest reasonable operating cost
