Warehouse Operations Assistant

The warehouse operations assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finished goods/service warehouse. This includes generating accurate inventory counts, picking, packing, sorting, and preparing items/products for delivery/collection according to work orders.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal SOPs. You will also support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and process improvements, including conducting regular inventory checks and assisting with stock-taking activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on operations in the Finished Goods/Service warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, sort, and prepare items/products for delivery/collection according to work orders.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to read and understand part numbers, packing lists, and delivery orders.
  • Forklift experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
