Warehouse Operations Assistant

Our organization seeks a diligent Warehouse Operations Assistant to assist in the day-to-day management of warehouse operations. This role involves ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming goods, reporting any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records accurately in the system.
  • Pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery and organizing them according to schedules.
  • Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes.
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Order stock as needed to fulfill customer orders.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Load and unload goods onto/from delivery vans as required.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
