Global Procurement Director: SUPPLIER INNOVATION & SUSTAINABILITY

**Main purpose of the job**

**Accountabilities and deliverables**

1. Implement Asahi’s global human rights strategy for the supply chain

2. Support alignment of human rights goals with broader corporate sustainability and social responsibility objectives

3. Assist in maintaining compliance with international human rights frameworks and local labour laws.

4. Creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of human rights policies, standards, and supplier code of conduct

5. Support to ensure alignment with international frameworks and standards to keep the program up to date and relevant

6. Support development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for human rights in the supply chain and track progress against the targets

7. Support development of roadmap and ensure execution of it to achieve the targets

8. Work closely with all regions and category teams globally to support capabilities improvement on human rights

9. Present program updates to internal and external stakeholders.

10. Support development of the success stories for internal and external communication

11. Develop and maintain strong partnership with suppliers focusing on agenda-specific aspects such as performance

12. Cross functional collaboration to drive efficiency making use of right tools and technology platforms

13. Represent Asahi in external forums, industry collaborations, and advocacy initiatives as needed

**Requirements**:
**Qualification criteria**
- University degree, preferably in human rights, sustainability or equivalent (master’s degree preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- 5+ years of professional experience, in Human rights management within supply chain
- International experience from multinational company
- Strong project management and communication skills
