**HR Executive - Talent Acquisition
**The Challenges:
- Preparing and advertising jobs at appropriate employment advertising portals
- Reviewing salary proposals for the positions offered through various benchmarking methods and escalating them to senior team members for their approval
- Making salary offers and engaging in salary negotiations
- Following through with the pre-employment process (contract signing and onboarding preparations)
- Participating in campus and career fairs; providing support to campus partnership team
- Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and third party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g. search firms, recruitment agencies, education institutions, etc.)
- Creating & maintaining hiring dashboards & reports
- Managing entire hiring process through the Recruitment Management System (HRIQ)

**What it Takes**:

- Min. Degree with 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment
- Experience in creating and maintaining hiring dashboards
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and TAFEP Guidelines
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, V-Look up/ Pivot Table
- Experience in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google searches, social media, networking events, and other creative tools and platforms
- Experience in using insights and data to analyze recruitment trends and advise recommendation with regards to talent sourcing
