
Technical Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products/services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with IT Software and knowledge of our products/services is a plus.
- Experience in Physical Security is a big plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
