**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities not limited to**:

- Organizing, making appointments and maintaining diaries on a daily basis to ensure there are no potential conflicts and maximizing executive efficiency.
- Manage internal & external meeting logistics including development of an agenda, internal and external communications, coordinate presentation materials, venue bookings, travel arrangements, expense spend and preparation & recording of meeting minutes.
- Ensuring the executive is well-prepared for meetings.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements including meeting scheduling, preparation of background materials, and all logístical arrangements including, but not limited to flights, ground transportation and itinerary creation.
- Project and event co-ordination internally and externally.
- Fielding and managing the executive's calls to ensure rapid resolution.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other documentation as requested.
- General Office Administration - expenses, collecting correspondence etc.
- Handle multiple demands and ad hoc issues efficiently while adjusting priorities and expectations that may arise outside of core business hours.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task in a high activity environment

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- High School Graduate required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Occasional non-standard hours or extended work hours as business requires.
- Professional, office environment.
