General lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, structured finance, prime brokerage, derivatives, ISDA negotiations, payments, regulatory, technology, and digital banking.The responsibilities for this role will include: Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and other agreements Advising on specific matters and working closely with other departments to provide commercially tailored support relating to a full spectrum of issues associated with investment advisors and mutual funds, including compliance matters, investment vehicles, governance structures, etc. Maintaining and updating documentation with the most recent regulatory requirements Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policiesAxiom is a leader in diversity, inclusion, and social engagement.
