We are currently working with a home
- grown Singapore-headquartered, and award-winning system integrator with a strong presence in Singapore to help bring in a PMO Project Analyst.
- Tracking Project Progress: The person in this role will monitor how different projects are progressing, making sure they are on track and meeting their goals. They will keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand how well the projects are doing.
- Generating Reports: They will create reports that summarize the status of projects, including milestones reached and outcomes achieved. These reports will be used to evaluate project performance and share important information with stakeholders.
- Maintaining Project Status Registry: They will keep a record of all the ongoing projects in a centralized registry and provide updates to management. If any issues arise, they will escalate them to higher-ups for attention.
- Supporting Risk and Issue Management: The person will help identify potential risks and issues that could impact the projects and work on strategies to mitigate those risks. They will also develop plans to deal with any problems that might come up during the project's life.
- Communicating with Stakeholders: The role involves keeping all the stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executives, informed about the projects' progress. This communication helps everyone stay on the same page and ensures transparency.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: The person will analyze project data and look for ways to improve the project management process. By identifying and addressing bottlenecks, they aim to make projects more successful and efficient.

**Requirements**:
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines with at least 3-5 years of relevant PMO experience.
- Experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments (in the health care industry would be an advantage).
- Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.
- Ability to think strategically and report effectively.
- Active listening skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
