**Project Analyst (Business Management Support)
- Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Proven experience in strategy development, business management, and financial analysis
- Spearhead the department’s internal communication and engagement plan - assist in the planning, execution, and/or coordination of meetings, forums, and/or internal events. Responsible for regular and ad hoc senior management reporting and presentations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business and operational performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative activities with support of the department's Executive Assistant
- Support orchestration and delivery of governance mechanisms ensuring that appropriate decisions, forums and documentation are made to support running of department
- Support development and management of comprehensive business plans, including financial projections, budget, workforce and risk assessments, to support decision-making processes

**Requirements**:

- Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for strategic decision support
