Business Continuity Management Project Analyst

This role requires a Business Analyst and Project Manager to lead the BCM system implementation project. As a key team member, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and identify gaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Analyst and PMO for the BCM system implementation project.
  • Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Gather business requirements and draft relevant documentation.
  • Analyze transaction data and fine-tune business logic.
  • Evaluate system functional requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • SUPPORT THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT).
  • CONTRIBUTE TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS INCLUDING WORKLOAD ANALYSIS, SCHEDULE COORDINATION, AND MEETING FACILITATION.
  • PROMOTE MIGRATION PLANS AND TRACK DEVELOPMENT STATUS.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • SHARE PROJECT UPDATES WITH RELEVANT TEAMS AND STAKEHOLDERS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of IT Service Management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of data analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality documentation using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Good understanding of project delivery processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Monetary Authority of Singapore guidelines is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in management consulting or professional services environment is beneficial.
