- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients architect & building developer.
- Taking ownership of the entire pitching process; including and not limited to understanding clients’ needs and requirements, working closely with team members to translate those needs to fruition, strategizing presentation and submission decks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Acts as a main liaison with client by maintaining regular contact and ensuring communication flows effectively and in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly sales meeting and work towards achieving sales goals of the organization.
- Provide technical support for series of standards.
- Develop business plans, plan exhibitions and other activities to hit the higher market shares.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team player role
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with challenge
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Management related
- 5 years of relevant working experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales-Corporate or equivalent.

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
