**What you will be working on**
- As a key member of the Administration Department, you will be supporting the team in the managing and maintenance of the building facilities, and assisting in the inspection of the contractors’ works on various building services and systems to ensure that the building facilities are well maintained. You will be part of the team to manage and supervise services providers for the delivery of maintenance, repair and renovation works. You will assist the team to perform administrative works such as seeking budgetary quotes and processing of purchase orders. Additionally, you will assist to manage the internal and external stakeholders’ requests and attend to any feedback provided. You will support the booking of facilities to internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist to manage the keys movement and card access as well as inventory management to ensure that the records are up to date. You will provide support in environment sustainability by collating and maintaining the building data.

**What we are looking for**
- Be Part of the Team Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management/ building services/ mechanical and engineering services, and enjoy working in a highly interactive and fast-paced environment. You should also possess: - Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Facilities management or relevant discipline. - Good team player and able to work independently - Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for details - Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Electrical, Plumbing and BMS systems will be an advantage
