**Job Scope**:

- Review tender specifications / customers’ requirements and prepare process design
- Obtain quotation from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Interact closely with customers on technical information and clarifications
- Prepare cost effective costings
- Prepare commercial & technical proposals with specifications for tender submissions
- Assist in preparation of drawings, technical data sheets and other documents for submission
- Follow up with customers on submitted proposal and potential opportunities
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and customers
- Review and verify project documents for completeness and compliance with contract requirements
- Communicate and nurture relationships with customers to drive repeat sales

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering
- Self starter with some of the following experience below.
- 2-3 years in building automation or industrial automation industry preferred.
- 2-3 years in tender or proposal working environment with hands-on knowledge and experience preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in project execution or project sourcing and procurement, project management.
- 2-3 years experience in supplier engagement experience.
- 2-3 years experience in quantity surveying.
- Fresh graduate with relevant experience welcome to apply, as training will be provided during the course of work.
