Events and Marketing Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in event planning and implementation from time to time.
- Coordinate with supplier or contractor on event management, equipment hire and organizing event facilities.
- To involve in all related business development activities such as organizing, attending/representing company events, product presentations, marketing material creation and other activities.
- Assist in video editing and post-production after every event/activities.
- To assist in coordinating staffing requirements for every event, liaising with designers on the production of marketing tools to promote the event.
- Assist in ongoing or ad-hoc or projects from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred with at least 1 year of working experience in Promotion and Marketing, Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Added advantages if proficient in the multimedia background and have photography and videography skills.
- Computer literate and able to converse and write in Chinese & English.
- Independent, aggressive & outgoing. Willing to travel outstation.
- Excellent organizational skills, clear communication and attention to detail.
- Work well as part of the team ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the event.

This position work on a 5-day week.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
