**VACANCY DESCRIPTION**:
Wadkins Associates are working with an established international firm in their search for an LNG project development lawyer to join their Singapore team.
This elite international firm are well known for their prestigious energy practice, undertaking large, high value and complex projects on a global scale. The firm have a broad international clientele, working with trading companies, energy corporations and project developers. You will be working alongside market leading partners, expanding your expertise in this thriving sector, supported by the firm to grow and develop within the team. You will be working on acquisition, structuring and development of projects. The work requires a familiarity with drafting contracts, ranging from shareholder agreements to commercial contracts as well as PPA and EPC contracts.
