**Roles & Responsibilities**
We are looking for a responsible Customer service and Administration officer to perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our cleaning services, pricing and scheduling options.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure timely arrivals and completion of scheduled services
- Efficiently schedule cleaning appointments based on customer preferences and availability of cleaning crews
- Keep detailed records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
- Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times, ensuring a commitment to satisfactory resolutions.
- Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or above in any field
- Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin
- More than two years of working or relevant experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
- Good time management and meticulous
- Team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
