**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, tailoring recommendations to guests’ needs and guiding guests through the wine selection process
- Oversee the purchase and management of wine inventory, specially curating a list of unique wines that complements the overall service and culinary direction of the venue
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create a list of wine and food pairing menus
- Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages
- Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge
- Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in the industry, especially in the field of beverages and wines

**Who we are looking for**
- Minimum of a year of experience working as a junior sommelier
- WSET or CSW qualifications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude
- Team player
- Pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown
