**Responsibilities**:
1. Review regular commercial contracts such as solar products sales contracts, non-disclosure agreement, MOUs, office lease etc, and support commercial team in major supply contract negotiation for APAC region;
2. Support in daily legal research, providing advice on key legislative changes in Singapore or other countries in APAC region, and implementation of legal risk prevention measures for the company business;
3. Assist in various legal disputes or litigations of APAC region and/or the Group;
4. Manage the external counsel selection process and cost control;
5. Manage local subsidiaries in Singapore and all daily legal matters in coordination amongst various departments of APAC region or Group, if needed; and timely report to regional team leader and HQ management;
6. Complete other daily tasks as assigned by the team leader/HQ management.
**Requirements**:
1. Have a good knowledge of Singapore Law;
2. Qualified to practice law in Singapore;
3. At least 5 years’ post admission experience as a lawyer in law firm or in-house counsel in Singapore;
4. Must have experiences in reviewing commercial agreements;
5. Initiative, hard-working and being able to deliver quality results under pressure;
6. Be a proven team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Strong negotiation skills.
