We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Wealth Digital Platform Transformation.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

Role Purpose

The Country Wealth Development leads the implementation of our Group Wealth Management strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development, deployment and management of foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable research, financial planning, discretionary and advisory services on robust scalable platforms, within a tight risk and control framework. Our team comprises seasoned professionals who are innovative, collaborative and diligent, relish change and can thrive in a matrix environment spanning functions, cultures and regions. They work closely with local country wealth management units of product, communication and advisory specialists, partnering with sales and distribution teams to engage clients across channels. They also engage with our internal and external network of product and services providers to deliver an institutionalized offering that can adapt and serve the needs of our vast franchise

The role holder is to work with key stakeholders in the global, regional, and country teams to develop best in class wealth solutions, tools and platforms to support a robust approach to the provision of investment advisory services.
- Working in partnership to champion change and prioritise platform investment/change requirements for the country
- Serve as the country lead to deliver critical platform projects including, Strategic Financial Planner, Wealth Dashboard, RM Tools and digital solutions across for wealth
- Manage on track delivery of platform implementation and order book process management in [Country]
- Ensure product and solution development align with the Global and regional strategy and initiatives
- Promote platform utilization and ensure business plan development and tracking, and process enhancements in place
- Monitor at the country level the performance and returns generated by platforms and provide regular update to the Regional office
- Ensure adequate financial for Business and IT spend is available for review, in order to control costs/make balanced decisions, for the country implementation of Wealth Platform. Build analytics into business process

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Proven and progressive wealth experience in retail banking, or asset management firms and insurance companies, securities companies, including a minimum of 10 years proven and progressive management experience or equivalent
- Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of investment in [Country], insurance and wealth markets
- Work experience in the operational, technology and processing dimensions of advice processes, fulfilment and client servicing, platform development
- Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers
- Strong track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
- Strong leadership, managerial, strategic planning, organisational, decision-making, problem-solving, communications, analytical, interpersonal, motivational, negotiation, project management, sales and team-building skills. A thorough understanding of a multi-channel business model is essential
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
- Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively.
- Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
- Strong business acumen and ability to continually make trade-off decisions and build consensus
