Vice President, Digital & Omnichannel Experience Lead - DBS Digital Advisory, Consumer Banking - (WD76181)

Job Purpose:

The digital advisory team is building an exciting new project that drives investment & insurance (I&I) / retail-wealth customer acquisitions and retention, both through online transactions and offline leads. The goal is to build a tangible, sticky wealth relationship with our retail customers in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Obsession with the next leap in the digital retail wealth experience: Track and analyse developments in the digital consumer business (from ecommerce to digital media) and digital wealth experiences to uncover new ways to personalise digital retail wealth journeys. This must include an eye on Gen-AI developments. Identify and close drop-off gaps in journeys to prevent leads leakage.

  • Driving I&I customer acquisitions & retention: Combine strong journey build with data-driven growth marketing to acquire and retain I&I customers.

  • Optimising O2O strategy: Leverage on the bank's strong phygital advantage to drive quality offline leads from the digital franchise.

  • Performance monitoring and optimisation: Track key performance indicators, analyse product usage data, and iterate on features to continuously improve customer satisfaction and drive business results.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with product specialists, key stakeholders: Collaborate with I&I product teams to generate and refine new initiatives. Partner with Wealth Planning Managers, Platform, and Tech, to ensure platform is fit-for-purpose.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of working experience, ideally in working on managing retail wealth, revenue optimisation in ecommerce, product design and/or growth marketing.

  • A background in data analytics is an immediate advantage.

  • Strong communications, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • A self-starter with initiative and ability to learn, adapt and achieve results in this fast-moving initiative.

  • A strategic thinker who focuses the Digital & O2O Experience on driving acquisition and retention impact.

  • Strong project management skills: detailed, able to juggle tasks on tight timelines.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
